September 30, 2013 (Portland, Ore.) – OIA Global, a leading worldwide transportation, supply chain management and packaging solutions provider, announced today that it has acquired U.S. Worldwide Logistics, Inc. (USWWL) a Kentucky-based provider of domestic and international freight forwarding, and warehousing and distribution services. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
