Keith Burks Joins LDI, Ltd. Board of Managers

Keith Burks, a partner with Bindley Capital Partners, a private investment firm focused on health care services, has been elected to the Board of Managers of LDI Ltd. LLC. “Keith brings to our board substantial experience and expertise in distribution, operational execution, strategy and finance,” said Andre B. Burks, a native of Indianapolis, earned his bachelor’s from Indiana University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Butler University, where he serves as vice‐chair of the board of trustees and chair of the Advisory Panel for the Butler Business Accelerator. He also is a certified public accountant.
